By purchasing or accessing the Services, you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding contract to purchase our Services.
2. The Services
Lean Labs provides business coaching, consulting, and digital education for gym owners and fitness business operators. Depending on the package you purchase, the Services may include:
- One or more 1:1 strategy / coaching calls.
- Access to a digital education package (videos, templates, scripts, playbooks).
- Access to a private community.
- Email and chat support during your engagement.
The exact deliverables for your purchase are listed on the checkout page or in your order confirmation email.
3. Fulfilment
Digital deliverables are typically granted within 24 hours of payment. Strategy calls are scheduled through the booking link provided in your fulfilment email.
4. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate contact information at checkout.
- Attend booked calls (or reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice).
- Implement the systems, scripts, and processes provided.
- Use the materials only for your own gym/business — do not redistribute, resell, or share login credentials.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, templates, scripts, recordings, and materials provided by Lean Labs are owned by Lean Labs and licensed to you for your personal business use only. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, sublicense, or publicly share any of our materials without prior written permission.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) misuse our community by harassing other members; (b) use the Services for any unlawful purpose; (c) attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape our materials; (d) impersonate Lean Labs or its staff.
7. Disclaimers — Results Are Not Guaranteed
Lean Labs provides educational and coaching services. We do not guarantee any specific revenue, member count, or business outcome. Testimonials and case studies on our website reflect the experience of individual customers and are not typical or guaranteed results. Your results depend on your effort, market, pricing, execution, and many other factors outside our control.
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lean Labs' total liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim. Lean Labs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenue.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Lean Labs harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Services.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you breach these Terms, engage in abusive behaviour, or charge back a payment without first contacting us. Upon termination, your access to digital materials and the community ends.
11. Payments & Refunds
Pricing, billing, taxes, and refunds are governed by our Payment Terms and Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version takes effect when posted on this page. Material changes affecting active customers will also be communicated by email.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. The courts of New South Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.
