We want every Lean Labs customer to get real results. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available, how to request one, and what is excluded. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. 30-Day Pipeline Guarantee
For our flagship coaching program, we offer a 30-Day Pipeline Guarantee. If, within 30 days of purchase, you have:
- Attended your onboarding strategy call;
- Completed the Week 1 setup modules in the education package;
- Launched the lead-engine ad templates as instructed; and
- Followed the trial-booking script with all inbound leads;
and you have not booked any qualified trials, we will refund the full program fee. To claim, email support@leanlabsinfo.com within the 30-day window with evidence of completion (screenshots of your CRM, ad dashboard, and call calendar). We respond within 5 business days.
2. Standard Refunds — Digital Products & Coaching Calls
Because our digital education packages are delivered immediately and our coaching calls are time-reserved, the following applies once a purchase has been fulfilled:
- Before fulfilment: if you change your mind before we have delivered the digital materials and before your first coaching call has occurred, contact us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund.
- After fulfilment: once the education package has been delivered and/or your strategy call has taken place, the order is considered fulfilled and is non-refundable, except where required by mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence or under the 30-Day Pipeline Guarantee above.
3. Subscriptions
You can cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals. We do not refund the current billing period unless required by law.
4. Duplicate or Unauthorised Charges
If you see a duplicate charge or a charge you did not authorise, contact support@leanlabsinfo.com immediately. We will investigate and refund any verified duplicate or unauthorised charge in full.
5. How to Request a Refund
- Email support@leanlabsinfo.com from the email used at checkout.
- Include your order ID (e.g. LL-XXXXX), the reason for the request, and any supporting evidence.
- We acknowledge all requests within 2 business days and resolve within 5–10 business days.
Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or PayPal/Whop (typically 3–10 business days).
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us first. Filing a chargeback before contacting support is a breach of our Payment Terms.
7. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any non-excludable rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law, the UK Consumer Rights Act, the EU Consumer Rights Directive, or other mandatory consumer-protection laws applicable in your country of residence.
