These Payment Terms govern all purchases made from Lean Labs and form part of our Terms of Service. By completing checkout you agree to be bound by these Payment Terms.
1. Merchant of Record
Payments are processed through our authorised payment providers — currently Whop, PayPal, and Stripe. Depending on the checkout you use, the merchant of record on your statement may appear as "Whop", "PayPal", or "Lean Labs". The provider used at checkout is responsible for processing the payment and securely handling your payment details.
2. Pricing & Currency
- All prices are displayed at checkout in the listed currency (AUD or USD as indicated).
- Prices may change at any time. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you complete checkout.
- Prices are exclusive of any taxes unless stated otherwise.
3. Payment Methods
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay (where supported), and any other methods enabled by our payment providers at checkout.
4. Authorisation & Charges
By submitting payment details you authorise Lean Labs (and our payment processors) to charge the full amount of your order, including any applicable taxes and processing fees, to your selected payment method.
5. Subscriptions & Recurring Billing
If you purchase a subscription or instalment plan, you authorise us to automatically charge the recurring amount on each renewal date until you cancel. You can cancel at any time by emailing support@leanlabsinfo.com at least 48 hours before the next renewal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period and do not entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid.
6. Failed Payments
If a scheduled payment fails, we may retry the charge and may suspend access to the Services until payment is received. You remain liable for any outstanding amounts owed.
7. Taxes
You are responsible for any sales tax, GST, VAT, or other taxes applicable to your purchase in your jurisdiction, unless we are required by law to collect them on your behalf, in which case the tax will be added at checkout.
8. Receipts & Invoices
An order confirmation and receipt is sent to your email immediately after a successful payment. Tax invoices are available on request from support@leanlabsinfo.com.
9. Refunds
Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy. Please contact us first — we resolve the vast majority of issues within 48 hours.
10. Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact support@leanlabsinfo.com before initiating a chargeback. Filing a chargeback or PayPal dispute without first contacting us is a breach of these Payment Terms. For any chargeback we will provide the issuing bank and/or payment processor with full evidence of fulfilment, including:
- Order confirmation and timestamps.
- Customer email correspondence.
- Calendly / call-booking records.
- Delivery confirmation of digital education packages.
- Login activity in the customer community (where applicable).
Customers who file fraudulent chargebacks may have their access to all Lean Labs Services terminated and may be referred to collections.
11. Whop Compliance
For purchases made via Whop, the Whop Terms of Service and Refund Policy also apply. Where there is a conflict between these Payment Terms and Whop's terms in respect of payment processing, Whop's terms prevail for that transaction.
12. Currency Conversion
If your card is denominated in a currency other than the order currency, your bank will apply its standard FX rate and any conversion fees. Lean Labs is not responsible for these.
